Support the Restoration of Native Plants to Native Lands
Native people lived in harmony with the flora and fauna of this continent for millennia before being disconnected from their lands by forced relocation, erosion of traditional cultural values, poor land management, and climatic changes. Tribal Alliance for Pollinators is creating the infrastructure for a new Native-led effort to restore those connections with science and traditional knowledge, and to address the fact that tribal entities have frequently been ignored or excluded by environmental organizations and governmental agencies working on habitat restoration issues.
